Wayne Jackson, Director of Tennis at Meadowbrook, has led one of the finest private tennis programs in Southeast Michigan for over 25 years.  Whether you’re learning the game or taking it to the next level on our clay or asphalt courts, Wayne’s record speaks for itself. Wayne has coached two national champions, nationally ranked juniors, and several state champions. 

Meadowbrook competes for the Inter-Club Championship against Detroit Golf Club, Oak Pointe, Plum Hollow, Red Run, and Walnut Creek.  There are matches throughout the summer concluding with a season-ending tournament.  Under Wayne’s leadership, Meadowbrook has won 27 Championships!   

Adults can enjoy a variety of events such as the Mens Labatt Open Doubles, Ladies Margaritaville Tournament, or Rally for the Cure tennis event.

Kids as young as three can take lessons.   Individual and group lessons are also available from Wayne and his staff.
